Our company began in 2019, when Josh — who’d been building software since his teenage years — decided to turn his passion into something bigger. Having worked with small businesses for years, he’d seen firsthand how the right software can completely transform how a team works day to day.

But he also knew that for many smaller companies, high-quality, custom-built tools often felt out of reach. That’s why he started the company. His goal was to make dependable, tailored software accessible, giving small businesses the same level of care, quality, and innovation usually reserved for big enterprises.

We believe small businesses deserve software that’s just as good as the big players — built with care, not compromise.

A year later, Nicci joined the team, bringing a keen eye for process and client experience. Most recently, Seb came on board — an experienced developer with a real talent for writing robust, reliable code and finding elegant solutions to new challenges.

Together, we’re a small, close-knit team with one shared goal: to create software that feels like it was built by your own in-house team — just without the overhead.
